Coffee Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup of cold brew OR 1 shot of espresso
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy, plant-based, oat or almond. Your choice!)
  • 1/2 or whole banana for sweetness (over-ripe makes it even sweeter.)
  • 1 scoop of protein powder OR 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • A handful of rolled oats (for fiber and to keep you feeling full.)
  • Optional: cocoa powder OR cinnamon

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

4 Ingredient, No-Bake Lemon Pie

  • 12 fl oz can of condensed frozen lemonade
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 9 in premade graham cracker crust
  • 8 oz container of Cool Whip

Thaw out the can of frozen lemonade. Beat with mixer (or a whisk) ingredients together (including the Cool Whip) until blended and smooth – let it chill in fridge until set (2 – 3 hours)

(Optional) Serve with cool whip on top!

Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing

  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon Juice
  • Anchovy fillets

Combine garlic, mustard, vinegar and 2 pinches of salt in the blender and mix thoroughly. Add mayo and blend. Drizzle in olive oil, season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon. Add anchovies, blend. (Anchovies are VERY salty so keep that in mind when seasoning!)
